What’s included
A Written Program, Put to Work
Documents alone don’t pass an evaluation. This package covers the manual and the first 90 days of using it.
On-site hazard assessments
We visit your main site, walk through the work with your crew and complete your hazard assessments with the controls you actually use.
Rollout training
One session for your supervisors and workers on using the program: field-level hazard assessments, inspections, incident reporting and safety meetings.
90 days of coaching
A check-in each month for three months. We review your inspections, meeting minutes and hazard assessments and help you fix what’s missing.
Review before you submit
Before you submit your SECOR evaluation, we review it with your records, the same review as our SECOR Evaluation Prep.
Certifying partner guidance
We help you choose your certifying partner, register and plan the courses they require.

Build your program
Tell us about your company in a one-hour meeting or through our submission document, and we build your manual, hazard assessments, safe work practices and forms.
Site visit and rollout
We complete your hazard assessments at your site and train your supervisors and workers to use the program.
90 days of coaching
Monthly check-ins while you build the records your evaluation will look for.
Review and submit
We review your records and your evaluation before you submit it to your certifying partner.

Who it’s for

Not included
- The SECOR courses your certifying partner requires, and certifying partner registration, membership or review fees.
- Your SECOR evaluation itself, which you complete and your certifying partner reviews.
- Extra hazard assessments (from $195 each), extra safe work practices (from $125 each) and extra site visits (from $750 per half day).
- Travel to remote sites, unless it’s in your quote.

How much does the Certification-Ready Package cost?
It starts at $6,500 plus GST for one site with up to 10 workers. Several sites or crews, higher-hazard field work and travel raise the price. We confirm your price in writing before any work begins.
How is this different from the Starter Safety Manual Package?
The Starter package gives you the written program. This package adds the hands-on work: hazard assessments completed at your site, training for your crew, 90 days of coaching and a review before you submit your evaluation.
Does this package get us SECOR?
We can’t guarantee that your company will obtain SECOR. Your certifying partner decides based on your evaluation and records. If your evaluation raises any issues with the work we delivered, we’ll help you resolve them at no additional charge.
How long does it take?
Plan on about four months. Building the program takes a few weeks, and with ACSA you need at least three months of records before you submit your evaluation.
What if we have more than 10 workers?
You need a full COR program. We quote it after a COR Gap Review, starting at $1,995 plus GST, and credit your review fee toward the program.
Can we start with the Starter package and add the rest later?
Yes. Tell us when you’re ready and we’ll quote the coaching, training and review you still need.

- Our Starter Safety Manual Package, recommended for SECOR, is $1,995 plus GST. Other consulting is quoted per project after the first conversation, so you know the scope and cost up front. Online courses are priced per learner, starting at $24.99, with group quotes for 10 or more workers.
- Do you work with small businesses?
- Yes. Many of our clients are small and mid-sized employers without a full-time safety department, including contractors, manufacturers, non-profits and clinics.
- Can you help with COR, audits and training too?
- Yes. We conduct COR audits and help with COR and SECOR preparation, safety manuals, hazard assessments, compliance audits, emergency response plans, incident investigations and contractor prequalification in ISNetworld, Avetta and ComplyWorks. We also offer online courses including WHMIS, TDG and OH&S leadership. We can’t guarantee that you’ll obtain COR or SECOR, but we warranty our service: if your audit or evaluation raises any issues with our work, we’ll help you resolve them at no additional charge.
